The advertised price of $16,990 represents a starting price for most standard residential demolition projects and does not constitute a firm quote or binding offer. Final pricing will be determined following a site assessment and review of all relevant project requirements, including but not limited to: property size, construction materials, site access, asbestos presence, tree removal, council requirements, and any additional scope of works.

The advertised completion timeframe of 2 days is achievable on eligible standard residential projects. Actual timeframes will vary depending on site conditions, project complexity, council approvals, weather, and other factors outside of Farache Group's control. A confirmed timeframe will be provided as part of your formal quote.

Farache Group holds all relevant licences and insurances required to carry out residential demolition work in New South Wales.

Services are available within the greater Sydney metropolitan area. Coverage for specific locations will be confirmed at time of enquiry.
